Job Description:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a
related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Agile experience
preferred. Department of Defense Secret security clearance is
required at time of hire. Due to the nature of work performed
within our facilities, U.Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled
and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the
integration of CWITT Engineering tools into the Submarine Warfare
Federated Tactical System (SWFTS) Integrated Management Office (
SIIMO) and SWFTS modernization efforts. This role is critical to
ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of these
tools within our ongoing projects under the NIWC C5I contract.
Participate and serve as a SME in the integration of CWITT
Engineering tools into the SIIMO and SWFTS modernization efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
integration and functionality of engineering tools. Provide expert
guidance and technical support for the deployment and use of CWITT
tools. Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members on
the use of CWITT tools. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related
to the integration and operation of engineering tools. Participate
in project planning and review meetings to provide technical
insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Extensive experience
with CWITT Engineering tools and their integration into complex
systems. Proven track record of working on NIWC C5I contracts or
similar projects. Experience with other engineering tools and
software used in similar modernization efforts. Creative thinker
with demonstrated success leading the systems development life
cycle Collaborative team player eager to provide technical
leadership and position others for success Thorough knowledge of
technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas and process
improvements Strong presentation and communications skills with
experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet
