Job Description:

A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: Operations Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support diverse cohorts of learners, fostering their growth in leadership skills
Provide professional development coaching and facilitate individual and group coaching sessions
Assist in the delivery of virtual sessions and support learners through grading and feedback on assignments

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or related program management
Experience teaching leadership skills and managing learner engagement
Comfortable leading live sessions and providing mentorship
High level of technical proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
