Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Coordination Technician to work
remotely in Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to Care Coordination staff and members,
including telephone triage and data entry
Make routine and ad hoc calls to members in compliance with their
plan of care
Assist Care Coordinators in arranging services related to the
member's plan of care
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
2 years of administrative experience in a clinical setting is
required
Knowledge of medical terminology is required
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare benefits is beneficial
