Job Description:
A company is looking for a Site Operations Manager and Service
Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to service tickets, diagnose root causes, and repair all
models onsite
Interface between end-users, technical support, and subcontractors
to enhance customer satisfaction
Develop and implement processes for managing core business
activities, including asset management and technical support
Required Qualifications and Education
Security + certification
DoD Secret/Confidential Clearance Eligibility
Minimum of five years of customer service experience, including
printer repair support
Business degree or 4-6 years of relevant experience
Technical skills in printer repair, software driver implementation,
and network management
