• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)

  • 2 years experience needed
  • Manager will interview!
  • Competent to scrub and/or circulate/monitor in ep procedures: multiple ablation types (afib, svt, epicardial vt, pvc, aflutter), devices (icd's, pacemakers, micra's, sicd's) pericardial taps, cardioversions
  • 3 EP labs, 1 Procedure room (cardioversion)
  • Hospital provided scrubs
  • Basic Knowledge Assessment Test (BKAT) required for RN's
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years experience in Electrophysiology
    • State License Verification required
    • Nursys verification required for all RNs
      • Schedule Information
      • 40 hrs per week
      • Day shift
      • Late shifts: 1-2 per week, will stay past 5:30 until procedures are done
      • Weekend requirement: none
      • Holiday requirement: possible summer holiday call
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Certifications by Unit are housed in the Unit Job Descriptions
          • Additional Details
          • Government issued photo ID required
          • Proof of primary residence must match compact licensure
          • Certifications expiring within 1 month from start of contract will not be accepted by VCU
          • No onsite renewals offered, renewals must be scheduled by the agency
