in a supportive work environment.A Day in the life as our Account
Executive for In-Home Services:
- Develops and maintains relationships in WesleyLife Communities
for Healthy Living to ensure In-Home Services is the preferred
provider to residents.
- Maintains weekly call plan of targeted referral sources and
manages sales time/resources to achieve goals.
- Provides ongoing recommended enhancements to current
products/services and suggests new products/services/niche
offerings.
- Develops and maintains physician, hospital, and ALF/ILF/SNF
profiles, including background, contact history, objectives,
referral trends, etc.
- Maintains communication with referral sources to ensure
customer satisfaction.
- Researches and maintains up-to-date information on market
competitors, including pricing, census, product information, and
marketing strategies.
- Participates in and helps lead sales meetings to review market
sales activity, potential problems, and new opportunities.
- Builds relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and
community organizations.What You Will Bring:
- Current vehicle insurance.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- One year of full-time work experience in sales and marketing,
preferably in non-licensed home care is required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is

$70,000 / year plus an incentive plan. The starting pay rate will
be based on years of related experience.
