Job Opportunity: Professional Nanny for Nanny Share in Arlington, VAWe are two professional families seeking an experienced and compassionate nanny to care for our two delightful infants-a 4-month-old boy and a 5-month-old girl. This full-time position offers the opportunity to nurture and support their early development in a warm, collaborative environment. *Candidate must have recent multiples or twin infant experience. About the Role:

• Location: In-home care, Arlington, VA
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $26-$28 an hr. What We're Looking For:Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience working with infants, preferably with twins or children close in age. We're seeking someone who is:
  • Nurturing and attentive: Skilled at soothing and supporting infants, including one with reflux and another adapting to bottle feeding.
  • Knowledgeable: Familiar with infant milestones and child development best practices.
  • Highly organized and efficient: Comfortable managing feedings, diaper changes, and creating stimulating, age-appropriate play activities.
  • A multitasker: Capable of balancing the care needs of two young children while maintaining a tidy and safe environment.Responsibilities:
    • Providing loving, attentive care to two infants.
    • Feeding, burping, and attending to each baby's individual needs.
    • Diaper changes and maintaining their hygiene.
    • Light baby-related laundry.
