Key Responsibilities
As a Collision Repair Expert, you will be responsible for examining damaged vehicles, planning the repair process, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient repairs. You will also be responsible for performing quality repairs, making decisions on repair versus replacement, and participating in safety meetings. Additionally, you will be required to direct the work of apprentices and explain procedures to assistants as needed.

Requirements
For this role, we are seeking an individual with certification in body repair, knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer, and I-CAR welding certification. You should also possess the ability to analyze and interpret measuring data, supervise repair personnel, and pass a thorough background check.
