We are in search of candidates who can establish enduring relationships with clients, engaging with them in their preferred environments: their homes, utilizing the ease of Zoom Virtual Calls.AO wants YOU to join the team. AO is looking for overachievers that have outstanding self determination and are looking to grow within their careers.Responsibilities:

  • Calling and receiving calls from clients
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
  • Presenting and explaining benefits packages over Zoom video calls
  • Completing applications for products
  • Attending ongoing, optional training sessionsPreferred Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
    • Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go
    • Works well with others and individually
