Job Description:
A company is looking for a Referral Specialist for Outpatient
Imaging Clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for specialty services and diagnostic testing
as per provider requests
Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff for
referral and follow-up needs
Track and manage referrals, ensuring timely follow-up on
outstanding appointments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
1 year of direct patient interaction/experience in a medical,
insurance, or healthcare-related industry
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Proficient with commonly used office software
Must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if working at
specific locations
