Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technology Analyst IV responsible for
supporting the IT Incident Management process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead application and hardware lifecycle management functions across
IT Infrastructure and Operations
Provide knowledge and guidance for complex information systems,
ensuring adherence to standards
Create project specifications and develop comprehensive test plans
for technology projects
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge with five
years of technical support experience
Proficiency in developing conceptual sketches, wireframes, and
prototypes
Project management/coordination experience is required
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate across
various levels
Knowledge of Information Technology in a fast-paced environment
