Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist -
Drone as First Responder (DFR).
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer support issues related to hardware and software
for DFR deployments
Collaborate with deployment engineers and project managers to
ensure smooth operations
Provide after-hours on-call support to maintain 24/7 operations for
customers
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in help desk
environments
Technical knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, especially with
drones and related systems
Understanding of public safety IT systems and networking (layer
1-3)
Familiarity with FAA Part 107 and drone operations
Hands-on experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)
hardware
