Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager to oversee IT support operations and enhance employee experience.



Key Responsibilities

Maintain and develop IT processes and support experiences for employees
Create and document workflows in the knowledge base/help center
Track metrics to understand employee interactions with IT services and optimize Help Desk operations


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Senior, Lead, or Managerial role within IT Support/global operations
Working knowledge of cloud software such as Okta, Google Workspaces, and Jira Service Desk
Experience with regulatory controls in a regulated environment (SOX, ISO, GDPR, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures and incident management
Strong leadership ability and enthusiasm for the work ahead
