excellence.Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of field service engineers and technicians in
day-to-day activities.
- Manages site issues, - single or class, in a way that protects
the Intralox brand while keeping customer satisfaction front and
center.
- Identifies project risks, including risks related to supply
chain, mechanical engineering design, electrical engineering
design, manufacturing, inventory, etc., to develop and manage a
Risk Management Plan.
- Directs and supports hiring process and conducts interviews
within the department and for other groups.
- Monitors and manages field service resources, schedules, and
budgets.
- Monitors and drives continuous development of people skills to
match present and future needs.
- Oversees metrics, requirements, risks, etc. to stakeholders at
all levels of the organization.
- Coordinates and issues requisition requests for external labor
and outsourced equipment when needed.
- Directs and supports cross-functional project teamwork as
needed or assigned.
- Collaborates and coordinates with various team members
including but not limited to Commercial, Controls Engineers,
Programmers, Project Managers, Assembly technicians, IT, and
Warehouse personnel.
- Promotes Intralox continuous improvement thinking. Adjusts or
establishes best practices as we grow.
- Uses software such as Salesforce, Dynamics, MS Office Project,
Word and Excel, AutoCAD and ORACLE business suite to accomplish job
responsibilities.
- Champions and ensures company culture is implemented and
adhered to within their team.
- Acts as primary customer contact for Field Services team
related to status, schedule, compliance and performance.
- Attends and supports development of trainings or self-trains to
continuously improve skillsets.
- Ensures a positive customer experience.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of field service experience or related
technical experience.
- Proficient with Salesforce, MS Project, MS Office Suite.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship
skills with engineering, commercial, or other relevant internal
Intralox teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Must be a self-managed individual who is a team player.
- Able to travel up to 60%.
- When critical to project success, able to work weekends,
holidays, and overtime.
- Must have the ability to lift 70 pounds and climb ladders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle and AutoCad, Festo systems and Rockwell
programs.
- Experience project managing conveyance and sortation systems
projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with MPB and Intralox equipment.
- Experience working with UPS/USPS/FedEx/Amazon or similar.
- Proficient at working from electrical schematics and mechanical
