Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Service Manager to join
their Performance Chemicals team.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and provide technical support for
existing and new products
Deliver technical training to colleagues, customers, and
distributors
Act as a liaison between various functional groups and external
vendors
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with over 1 year of
experience, Master's with over 4 years, or Bachelor's with over 6
years of relevant experience
Experience presenting technical content to customers and at
conferences
Strong understanding of polymer applications across various
industries
Familiarity with statistical interpretation, data visualization,
and Design of Experiments methods
Ability to work independently and demonstrate creativity in
problem-solving
