Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac - TELE This role combines cardiac nursing expertise with telemetry monitoring, focusing on patients who require continuous electronic observation of their heart rhythm. You will play a critical role in detecting and responding to cardiac changes. Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and perform interventions based on changes in the patient's condition.
• Educate patients about post-discharge cardiac care, including medication adherence and lifestyle adjustments.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiology and respiratory therapy.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records, noting any changes or significant events. Work Environment:
