Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Perform full life cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical
positions in Skilled Nursing/Health Care Centers
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and
communicate regularly about recruitment progress
Source candidates from various platforms and maintain a database of
potential and active candidates
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare, Social
Services, or a closely related field
3-5 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in
healthcare
Experience in developing proactive recruiting strategies and
managing high volume requisitions
Knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required by
date of hire
