Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Talent Operations to lead
and expand their Talent Operations function.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Talent Operations team, providing mentorship
and performance management
Design and implement scalable talent operations strategies focused
on process optimization and compliance
Leverage data and analytics to monitor key performance metrics and
drive operational improvements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of leadership experience in talent operations or
recruiting operations
Proven track record of building and optimizing operational
functions
Deep knowledge of compliance in recruiting processes and employment
laws
Strong strategic thinking skills to design scalable processes
Experience in managing high-performing teams and fostering a
collaborative culture
