Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Professional
Education to develop and oversee a mental health initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the strategic planning and development of educational
programs within the learning management system
Oversee project life cycles of learning programs and manage
planning committees
Conduct post-program analysis and participate in proposal writing
for project funding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 7 years of program management experience
Experience in developing learning objectives and ensuring
alignment
Proficiency in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
(WCAG)
Experience managing budgets and writing financial and grant
reports
